School admin mean  a Person who is watching the school administration actually if you ask on my side I will reply that Principal is just a nominal person who sit on his seat and just signed some papers no special assignment actually the work who deal in reality is on called Admin. School admin is responsible for all kind of problems like security , assets, students problems, electric , hazard any kind of problem which may be on risk side is treated under admin jobs.


To make Admin work possible and relax a teacher head is introduce who take over some Bordon and make his job possible. You may be challenge that admin job have many kind of duties but I mention that here are some basic jobs description for a school admin

Job description: Role and Responsibilities of School Admin.
As a school secretary or administrator your role and responsibilities will all of the following:
1-       Providing general clerical/administrative support including Question Paper Writing and filing.
2-       Undertaking reception duties including answering telephone and responding to queries and enquiries and dealing with visitors where appropriate on behalf of the Head teacher/Principal
3-       Taking notes or Minutes at meetings as required.
4-       Providing administrative support for examinations and attendance including data inputting
5-       Undertaking general financial administration.
6-       Updating/maintaining manual/computerized record/management information systems including system maintenance/back up files and provision of reports
7-       Ordering supplies and equipment/maintain stock and classroom resources and arrange repair where necessary.
8-       Assisting in the clerical arrangements for trips/school events.
9-       Responsibility for pursuing pupil absence with parents including recording/ monitoring of absence and production of reports.
10-   First point of contact regarding teacher absences/contact with Principal Maintain record keeping/processing of payments on With Pay or without pay methods.
11-   Responsibility for pupil admissions recording data/liaison other schools/class lists/timetables/management information.
12-   Responsibility for first aid and the welfare of students including direct contact with parents/guardians
13-   Researching and writing reports preparing statistics and handling data, such as attendance figures
14-   Processing invoices purchasing equipment/other goods.
15-   Formulating and implementing regulations/policies timetabling and planning events.
16-   School Total Income and Expenditure Record Monthly Report and Maintaining File Record.
17-   Confirm 100 Possibilities of fees recovery each month and sending notice every month that have not paid.
18-   Direct and coordinate school maintenance services and the use of school facilities.
19-   You must be good behave with all the teacher and school staff in case of any dispute explanation will be called and you will responsible any kind of loss (tangible – non tangible)
20-   As per 6 month Internal audit you must have to be ready for audit check list record.
21-   In any condition job description may be increased for school development you will responsible to fallow all the instructions as per time to time.
